The Role
We are adding an Inside Sales Representative to the Boston sales team to support our continued growth in the Americas sales region. An important role on our regional sales teams, the ISR has a proven track record of achievement in a sales development (lead generation) and ISR role, selling software or SaaS offerings into commercial and/or enterprise customer accounts. The ISR will be working directly with Reflectiz’s customers, partners, and prospects in collaboration with their regional sales team (includes a Solution Engineer and Territory Sales Manager).
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Have ownership for personal and team-based sales targets in the defined region.
- Be responsible for the full sales cycle, from developing pipeline to closing opportunities.
- Demonstrate an ability to develop and work with channel partners.
- Oversee the lead development process for the region, ensure new leads are reached out to in a timely manner and followed up through the lead qualification process.
- Communicate effectively within the sales team and other internal departments (marketing, product, finance, etc), as well as with partners and end-customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in a closing role in the commercial or enterprise account market with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- Experience working with channel partnerships preferred.
- High energy, intelligent, positive attitude and coachable team player that interfaces well at all levels of organizations.
- Proficiency and proven success in building a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and sales plan.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and approaches, and experience using Hubspot or salesforce.com for lead and opportunity management.
- Successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent at “qualifying” and prioritizing opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong sense of urgency. Customer and deal-driven.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Cyber security experience preferred.
