Technical Operations Engineer

Reflectiz’ innovative sandbox solution monitors and detects all 1st, 3rd, and 4th party app vulnerabilities in your online ecosystem, providing complete visibility into your web threat surface. It effectively prioritizes and remediates risks and compliance issues. The Reflectiz solution is executed remotely with no installation required.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth deployments and successful customer onboarding. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to define and configure user journeys, manage technical implementation, and provide data extraction and management that supports both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support deployment and implementation of Reflectiz
- Define, configure, and validate user journeys
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to define technical requirements
- Deliver accurate data extraction and reporting for internal stakeholders
- Handle data management and write/optimize complex SQL queries
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Developer or Technical Engineer
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong background in Web Applications and the DOM
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL / MSSQL)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Start-up mindset: agile, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- knowledge of the DOM, HTML5, and CSS Selectors
- Web Automation: knowledge of Puppeteer using TypeScript to navigate complex, asynchronous web applications.
