About The Position
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on VP Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts and drive the company’s growth across the US and international markets. This is a key executive role, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy to support business objectives, accelerate pipeline generation, and strengthen our brand positioning in the global cybersecurity ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on the US market, to drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of 5 marketing professionals across multiple disciplines
- Build and manage a robust marketing pipeline, working closely with the sales teams in the US, EMEA, and ANZ to ensure tight alignment and measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Oversee all aspects of demand generation, brand positioning, content strategy, and partner marketing, with a data-driven approach to optimize performance.
- Manage strategic relationships with Gartner and other industry analysts to strengthen market visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and expand reach into target verticals.
- Work closely with the executive team, CEO, and Board of Directors to report on marketing performance, strategic initiatives, and growth metrics.
- Lead the annual marketing planning and budgeting process, ensuring resources are aligned with company objectives and ROI targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success in driving marketing strategy and pipeline growth in the US market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent understanding of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Experience working closely with sales organizations across multiple regions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Native-level English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
