We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to own the technical layer of the customer journey in the Australian market-from early pre-sales discovery and technical validation, through deal execution, and into post-sales technical partnership, adoption, and expansion.
This role combines deep technical understanding of web security with strong customer-facing and commercial skills, and sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure customers successfully evaluate, adopt, and expand their use of Reflectiz.
Responsibilities:
- Build and drive the technical sales flow, aligning technical validation with revenue objectives.
- Serve as the technical point of contact pre- and post-sale.
- Lead value-based demos and technical discovery discussions tailored to enterprise stakeholders.
- Manage PoCs, trials, and RFP processes to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates.
- Partner closely with the Sales Director to support pipeline growth and technical close.
- Support onboarding and early-stage adoption to ensure customers realize value quickly.
- Identify technical expansion opportunities and contribute to renewals.
- Communicate structured market and customer feedback to Product & R&D.
Requirements
- Knowledge of web security and infrastructure.
- Experience with Cloud SaaS Security products.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence deal outcomes.
- Experience in both pre-sales and technical customer engagement (Customer Success experience – advantage).
- Startup mindset.
- Located in Sydney (preferred).
