- Balance security depth with usability and business value for different stakeholders inside customer organizations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing penetration testing or security assessment projects, either internally or with external vendors
- Strong understanding of web security and application security concepts, including OWASP Top 10, web penetration testing methodologies, and common application security risks
- Deep familiarity with how organizations handle security findings, reporting, prioritization, remediation workflows, and compliance needs
- Experience working closely with developers, researchers, or technical teams to turn security concepts into productized solutions
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to adapt product direction based on real customer needs and feedback
- Based in Israel, with ability to work with customers and teams globally
Advantage
- Hands-on experience performing web or application penetration testing
- Background in SaaS or cybersecurity product management
- Experience with vulnerability management tools or AppSec programs
