Requirements
- Own the product roadmap for new security assessment capabilities.
- Translate advanced technical and research insights into client-ready workflows.
- Conduct client interviews to understand how organizations run security assessments (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability reviews) and how they manage findings.
- Design features that reflect how enterprises prioritize, track, and remediate assessment results.
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and security research teams.
- Ensure new features integrate smoothly into the Reflectiz platform.
Requirements:
- Proven background in security assessments lifecycle management -managing PT projects, working with vendors, or leading internal remediation of PT findings.
- Deep understanding of client expectations from security assessments: reporting formats, prioritization, remediation cycles, compliance drivers.
- Experience working with product/engineering teams to turn requirements into deliverables.
- Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers.
- Based in Israel, with ability to collaborate globally.
Bonus
- Hands-on experience in penetration testing or offensive security.
- SaaS or cybersecurity product management experience.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management, compliance frameworks, or DevSecOps tools.
