About the Role
Reflectiz is hiring its first VP Finance to take full ownership of our financial strategy and operations as we scale . This is a critical leadership role, transitioning the company from founder-led finance to a structured, growth-ready finance function.
Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy & Ownership
    • Build and own the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
    • Manage cash flow, balance sheet, and P&L
    • Lead balance management, hedging, and debt planning
  • US Flip & Global Compliance
    • Support the transition to a US parent entity, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
    • Manage global financial structures, working with legal and tax advisors
    • Oversee cross-border reporting between US and Israeli entities
  • Israel Financial Operations
    • Ensure proper handling of all financial and tax-related activities under the Israeli entity, including payroll, VAT, and compliance
    • Supervise bookkeeping and payroll teams (in-house or outsourced)
  • Systems & Automation
    • Lead financial operations automation across invoicing, subscriptions, and collections
    • Hands-on work with Stripe (billing/payments) and HubSpot (deal flow integration)
  • Leadership & Planning
    • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team
    • Prepare the company for future profitability and/or Series C readiness
    • Build and mentor a lean, high-performing finance team

Requirements

  • 8+ years in finance leadership roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity startups
  • Proven track record building finance functions from the ground up
  • Experience post-Series B, preparing for scale or further fundraising
  • Deep knowledge of both US GAAP and Israeli finance/accounting practices
  • Hands-on experience with subscription billing (Stripe) and CRM/RevOps systems (HubSpot)
  • Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and cross-functional communication skills

Nice to Have

Familiarity with investor reporting, due diligence, and board engagement

CPA or MBA

Experience leading or supporting a flip from Israeli to US corporate structure
