Reflectiz is a fast-growing cybersecurity company, providing innovative solutions for managing third-party risks in the digital space. We’re expanding our global presence and opening our first office in Boston – and we’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented Office & Employee Experience Manager to help us build a welcoming, efficient, and engaging environment from day one.

About the Role:
As the Office & Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and running our Boston office while supporting company culture and employee well-being. You’ll be the go-to person for everything office-related and will collaborate closely with HR and global teams to implement welfare activities and internal events that reflect our values.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, deliveries, and general maintenance.
  • Own the setup and organization of the new Boston office to ensure a smooth launch and great working environment.
  • Be the local point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Lead local welfare and team-building initiatives, including holiday events, happy hours, and employee gifting.
  • Support onboarding logistics and assist with creating an exceptional first-day experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate with the global HR team to align welfare activities and maintain cultural consistency across locations.
  • Help foster a fun, inclusive, and productive office culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles – preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working independently and thrives in a growing, fast-paced company.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude – willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Located in the Boston area and able to work onsite.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting HR, employee engagement, or welfare activities.
  • Familiarity with vendors and services in the Boston area.
