We are a fast-growing global startup looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead recruitment efforts and drive employee experience initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (approx. 75% of the role) for roles in Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Success, and more
- Manage global hiring across the U.S. and Europe
- Partner with hiring managers and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Own and implement employee experience programs, feedback cycles, and cultural initiatives
- Develop and execute core HR processes aligned with business needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for tech roles- must
- Proven experience with global hiring (U.S. and Europe) – must
- Previous experience in a startup or product company – advantage
- Familiarity with SaaS environments – strong advantage
- High level of initiative, ownership, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent English (spoken and written) – must
