We are a fast-growing global startup looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead recruitment efforts and drive employee experience initiatives across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (approx. 75% of the role) for roles in Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Success, and more
  • Manage global hiring across the U.S. and Europe
  • Partner with hiring managers and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Own and implement employee experience programs, feedback cycles, and cultural initiatives
  • Develop and execute core HR processes aligned with business needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting for tech roles- must
  • Proven experience with global hiring (U.S. and Europe) – must
  • Previous experience in a startup or product company – advantage
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments – strong advantage
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) – must
