What You’ll Own
- CRM Ownership: Be the in-house expert on HubSpot—own the structure, data hygiene, and advanced workflow automation
- Sales Process Automation: Maintain and improve deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, task queues, lead routing, and follow-up automations
- Tooling & Integration: Manage and optimize sales tools and their integrations (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment tools, and more)
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain actionable dashboards for sales leadership and company execs
- Database Management: Maintain our prospecting database (companies, personas, territories) and support outbound motion
- Technical Support: Support reps and GTM leaders with CRM troubleshooting, workflow updates, and process questions
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to streamline workflows and improve funnel efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Ops or RevOps, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, sequences, and custom properties
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, reports, and pipeline metrics
- Process-oriented thinker who can balance speed with structure
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling startup
