Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of in-person and virtual events aligned with Reflectiz’s integrated marketing strategy.
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage all logistical elements: budgeting, timelines, vendors, booth design, and on-site operations.
Global Lead Capture & Performance Tracking
- Develop and implement strategies for capturing, tracking, and converting event-generated leads across regions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate event effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Report performance metrics regularly, collaborating with the sales and marketing operations teams.
Creative Strategy & Campaign Integration
- Infuse creativity into event concepts and execution to engage cybersecurity professionals and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling promotional materials, booth experiences, and thematic campaigns.
Team Leadership & Field Marketing Ownership
- Take full ownership of Reflectiz’s global field marketing strategy and execution.
- Lead and mentor a growing team—starting with one direct report—with an eye toward team scaling.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executives and cross-functional teams to align field marketing with company goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing roles—preferably in cybersecurity, B2B tech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of global marketing strategies and lead generation through events.
- Exceptional creativity paired with structured project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
- High proficiency in using marketing platforms (CRM, event tools, lead capture systems).
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to CISOs, security teams, and other cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity event landscape (e.g., RSA, Black Hat, regional cyber expos).
