Outbound Marketing Manager

Reflectiz is growing its Marketing Team and looking for an Outbound marketing manager to join the team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with outbound marketing experience, and interested in driving lead generation and nurturing activities to support the sales goals and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns that share thought leadership and position Reflectiz as the leading web security solution with the end goal of increasing prospect and customer engagement and conversion using outbound levers including but not limited to:
  • Outbound workflows base on company strategy, target audiences and campaigns
  • Automated outbound workflows supporting trigger events
  • Trade Show / conference outreach, pre-event, and post-event to support sales team in their conferences goals
  • Devise and drive data-driven experiments in outbound campaigns that innovates user experience in campaigns; scale and drive automation of winning experiments that greatly improves user experience and engagement.
  • Support Sales executives in pipeline-building within their designated territories leveraging outbound channel tactics.
  • Keep Sales up to date on current marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the content team to leverage new content created for outbound purposes and curate the marketing database to ensure the firm’s universe of prospects is constantly growing and highly accurate (automating processes where needed / necessary).
  • Report and monitor success metrics for the Outbound marketing channel and identify critical improvement opportunities within the programs with action items to address.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience as an SDR/BDR – 1-2 year’s a must
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and driving lead generation
  • Knowledge of marketing, events and sales enablement best practices
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with Sales Enablement platforms (ZoomInfo) a plus
  • Hubspot experience – a plus
