“Chris Dukich is a leader among his peers at Bentley University. I had my first opportunity to work with Chris as a fellow member in Student Government. In his role as Vice President of Information Technology, Chris developed and created the Student Government Web page that is still currently being used. Chris was able to drive many viewers towards the website which had been previously dormant and unused by the student body. The VP position demands a large time commitment and requires the individual to be organized, motivated, personable, and knowledgeable of the goals of the organization and student body in addition to meeting all requirements as a full time student. Chris was also an integral member in the development, creation, and integration of the updated MyBentley website that is used daily by all Bentley undergraduate and graduate students. Chris’ work ethic and technical abilities made him a vital member on both of these projects. I look forward to the opportunity of working with him again.”

The welcoming initiative is a cross-functional effort aimed at optimizing the onboarding process at EMC. The goal is to ensure new hires are welcomed, productive and excited. It started with a Lean Six Sigma session to lean out the process with over 50 participants from various teams that touch the process. The results are in:
- 100% feel welcomed
- 5.7 days to be productive (down from 18), saving EMC about $20M/year

infinIT is EMC IT's new service catalog and support center. It's the focal point of IT-as-a-Service at EMC and centralizes the way our internal customers interact with us (IT). EMCers around the world can learn about and order the technology they need, like a replacement laptop or a virtual desktop. Our knowledge base is home to a wealth of information that helps our customers get the most out of their technology. The portal serves over 60,000 people and processes hundreds of orders a day.

See projectMy Bentley serves over 10,000 users enabling student self-service. The previous version of the site was over 10 years old and crashed at peak load times (like course registration). This project successfully fixed the availability issue and we improved the overall usability of the site through mockups, a prototype and usability testing.
