    Also, keep being told about your closer partnership with Network Rail and record investment infrastructure and yet week after week still experiencing delays due to points failure, signalling issues, broken down trains etc. Exactly when will things improve?

    And it’s also going to cost me another £25 to get home by taxi which your delay and repay scheme will go nowhere near to covering. Same empty apologies time and time again. Bottom line is you are failing to deliver your service with no improvement in sight.

    struggling to find a clean seat again on the 7.31 OCK-WAT train. Dirty Southern trains seem to be a norm these days. Have raised this before but evident mine and others’ comments are falling on deaf ears.

    It’s 9.30pm and STILL you cannot run trains on time. Late every single day. I’ve lost countless hours with my family and hundreds of pounds on taxi fares. What will it take for you to deliver on the basic requirements of your service?
