Customer Success Manager
Reflectiz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Customer Success Manager.
The job is to our TLV office.
In this role, you’ll be in charge of managing and supporting the relationships with our clients throughout the entire customer life cycle.
You will provide guidance, advice and proactively support as customer’s technical point of contact to create a long-term commitment.

- understanding of web application and internet protocols (HTPP/DNS, TCP/IP/Java script, Webpages)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex tasks
- Problem-solving and lateral thinking
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of consumer psyche
- Fluent English
- Experience working in the cyber industry/B2B/ SAAS Cloud
