Strategic Alliances Director

Your role will involve researching, recruiting, negotiating, and nurturing key partnerships within the cyber and cloud B2B industry in North America. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing strategies to identify, leverage, and establish strong relationships with strategic partners, with the aim of creating added value for our organization.



  • Reporting to the VP Sales, Americas 
  • Closely collaborate with Reflectiz company leadership and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and field execution
  • Building, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with key alliances in region 
  • Conducting market analysis and research to identify and prioritize strategic alliance targets
  • Strategic alliances are expected to include market-leading ISVs, consultancies and marketplaces operating in the cyber security related ecosystem
  • Successful partnership execution will drive increased market awareness, adoption and revenue growth   
  • Managing key accounts operationally, including contractual elements, data exchange agreements,onboarding plans, go-to-market related field enablement and partnership-related management management, forecasting and reporting cadences


  • 3+ years of experience in partnership roles, specifically in the B2B cyber industry – 
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining OEM and ISV partnership alliances – 
  • Extensive and well-established network within the US market 
  • Successful track record in dynamic startup environments and consistent achievement of targets – HIGHLY PREFERRED 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams – REQUIRED 
  • Highly independent and self motivated 
  • High character individual who demonstrates professionalism and integrity at all times
