Customer Success Specialist

Reflectiz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Success team.
- Manage and support a portfolio of assigned customers to drive adoption and growth across the entire lifecycle.
- Manage the onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into an implementation plan that provides value timely
- Be the product expert and trusted advisor that your customers can go to for guidance on maximizing value from Reflectiz solutions.
- Ability to resolve customer issues, both alone and in collaboration with other teams; approach all situations with curiosity and creativity
- Maintain high levels of engagement and communication with clients; conduct routine account performance planning and business reviews
- Drive customer advocacy in the form of references and case studies
- 2+ years experience in a client facing role – Must
- 2+ years within a SaaS company – Must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take deep troubleshooting dives and learn as you go.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to learn new solutions, features, and functionality, and communicate them to customers in a value-added way. Continual learning mindset and detail-oriented approach
- Strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives, self-motivated, and driven by results.
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with a technological background – advantage
- JIRA, hubspot, Excel – advantage
