Requirements
We’re looking for a hands-on Backend Software Engineer with a strong hacker mindset - someone who enjoys digging into complex systems, questioning assumptions, breaking things to understand how they work, and rebuilding them in a stronger and more secure way.
In this role, you will work on the core of Reflectiz’s web exposure and scanning technology, operating deep within browsers, web applications, and backend services to detect, analyze, and mitigate real-world security risks at scale.
Responsibilities:
Develop, extend, and debug Chromium-based browser components.
Design and build a web scanning engine.
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Requirements:
2+ years working with Chromium
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of browsers, DOM, and rendering.
Solid background in web security.
Bonus:
Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform.
Deep familiarity with GCP services.
